REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us, here you can find everything about our Refund  Shipping Policy.

MNBC Refund  Shipping Policy will only be able to process refunds after a valid cancellation confirmation.

Cancellations are considered valid only after confirmation by MNBC. An order cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you, after which a full refund will be provided.

CUSTOM MNBC MODELS

Our custom MNBC templates are eligible for full refunds on the basis that MNBC receives a cancellation request within 48 hours of purchase. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be entitled to a refund as reported in the Refund  Shipping Policy.

In the unfortunate event that the product is defective due to a malfunction we will check it and send you a new MNBC Business Card.

REPRINT POLICY

If you have received a printed product that you are not satisfied with, please notify us by email and provide product images to support@mynfcbusinnescard.com
Highlight what you feel is lacking, so we can advise and make changes where necessary.

On occasion, you may be asked to return the product. Please do this only when MNBC has requested it.

For any errors in production or shipping (if for example you have received something different); MNBC will provide a reprint at no additional cost to you.

We cannot, however, be held liable for customer errors. Please make sure you read all about our Refund Shipping Policy on this web page.

In the event that you have received a defective product, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

MNBC is committed to going above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free all over the world. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and can range from 48 working hours to a maximum of 7 working days for the most remote areas. MNBC Team for is responsible for your order from placement to production and packaging. Once your order has been delivered to the courier, our responsibility ceases, so when your shipment arrives you have to check the package already from its external appearance, does it show bumps or other signs of poor transport care?

In this case, the items damaged during shipment must be addressed to the courier himself.

If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, a shipping fee equal to 110% of the initial shipping costs will be required.

Please include a phone number with your order so that you can easily be contacted in case there is a problem with the delivery.

SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS

As MNBC creates its products on a per-order basis, shipment tracking numbers (when provided by the service) are not available until production is complete. You will be able to track your order once the goods have been handed over to the courier who generates the tracking code. The tracking service is not always provided in all shipping areas.

DELIVERY TIME

MNBC business cards are delivered on average within 3 to 10 days of confirmed purchase, times vary based on destination distances.

In the event that we are unable to complete production within the specified time frame, we will make do with the additional production time with a faster shipping method so that you can still receive your order around the estimated delivery date.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date given to you is simply an estimate.

On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we will have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays.

CUSTOMS POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. MNBC has no control over these fees, nor can we predict the exact cost of these fees.

Therefore, we are not responsible for informing you of the specific rates that may apply; It is your responsibility, as a customer and importer, to check what your country’s requirements are for all customs fees, before placing your order.

Please also note that when customs clearance procedures are required, this can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
